Parkour with Coach Bryce- Fall/ Winter 2023

Parkour with Coach Bryce for children in our Fours/Fives class.

Parkour is a way to move over, under or through obstacles in your path. This class will teach and reinforce the fundamentals of jumping, landing, and climbing. Children will benefit from this class by gaining more confidence, becoming stronger, as well as increased proprioception and body awareness

No class on: 9/25, 10/9
