Shabbat & Holidays

Shabbat & Holidays

The Shabbat Party

Each Friday a special atmosphere is created to celebrate the arrival of the Shabbat. Challah is baked, candles are lit, the kiddush is recited and the Shabbat zemirot (songs) are sung. On a monthly basis, our Shabbat party is graced by a wonderful musical entertainer who leads a Shabbat sing-a-long for the last twenty minutes of school. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend this special, joyous time. You will be informed in advance via email regarding the monthly schedule.

Holidays

Children will celebrate Jewish and non-religious national holidays with crafts, songs, plays, stories and much more. Each holiday is turned into a special educational experience and becomes a meaningful part of your child’s life.
